Porphyry exterior perimeter cladding on the ground floor. 1st. and 2nd. parked hardwood floor. Interior walls and ceilings covered in plasterboard combined with exposed wood. Ceilings of the 2nd units.

Floor with exposed wood. Metal balconies and ramps with non-slip PVC deck coating on slopes of no more than 9%. First quality wood-look porcelain floors. Optional wooden floors at the customer's expense.
